DRA Homes Projects is a Chennai-based developer led by Managing Director Ranjeeth Rathod. It built its name on residential apartments and now runs a mixed portfolio of villas, plotted layouts and commercial buildings across the city and in Bengaluru. The biggest cluster is around Navalur on OMR, where DRA Inara (118 villas), DRA iHeart (261 apartments) and DRA Marina 100 (271 apartments) are under construction. South of the city, DRA Richburg in East Tambaram and DRA Homes Chembarambakkam on the Chennai–Bengaluru Highway are upcoming launches. On the commercial side, DRA Down Town in Egmore is a Grade A office building on a 99-year lease from the Railway Land Development Authority.
